Vital Information for no fail results
Set a deadline for when you want to be cleansed. Avoid all toxins for at least 48 hours prior to using this product.
Drink water. Begin immediately to drink at least eight 12 oz. glasses of plain water a day. Tap, distilled, bottled or mineral water is OK. Drinking plenty of water will help your body naturally cleanse itself of
toxins.
At least 48 hours before your deadline. AVOID MEDICATIONS. Avoid unnecessary medications especially those containing ephedriine, pseudoephedrine, ibuprofen, codeine, and
dextromethorphan. Read labels carefully.
AVOID THESE FOODS. These have been known to render our product less effective: goldenseal, alcoholic beverages (including wine and beer), large quantities of vitamins, coffee, sodas, fruit juices, vinegar, pickle brine, and poppy seeds.
Five hours before your deadline. Eat light. It is important that you eat a light meal a several hours prior to drinking our product. Do not eat a heavy, hard-to-digest meal. A light meal may be toast, cereal, soup, an apple, etc. After eating this light meal, you should not eat again until you no longer need the product in your system.
Three hours before your deadline. Drink water. You must be well hydrated in order to eliminate the toxins from your body. We suggest you drink two 12 oz. glasses of water at this time.
Two hours before your deadline. Mix the product and consume. See suggestions for use included with the product and as restated below.
