GABA (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid) is an amino acid derivative, is the chief inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain. Rather than stimulating neurons to fire, GABA inhibits neuronal activity. GABA is associated with mental states of calm and serenity, and also promotes muscle relaxation.

Hypoallergenic: contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy or wheat. Contains no sugar, starch, salt, preservatives or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.
