Kava Kava herb promotes relaxation & night time rest.
Kava Kava has been used for centuries safely in the South Pacific for its calming effect and its ability to relax muscles. The natives are known to prepare a fermented liquor from it, producing a relaxing drink before important religious rites. What makes Kava Kava work is six major active ingredients known as kavalactones. These have been compared to mild tranquilizers in their effect, without interfering with cognition, memory, or alertness.
Kava Kava has long been used as a safe, effective treatment for mild anxiety states, nervous tension, muscular tension, bladder infections, depression, fatigue, toothache and mild insomnia. These uses are supported by a number of well-diagnosed clinical studies. Kava Kava is traditionally reputed to induce a state of relaxation and calm.
